Mindfulness and Meditation

Meditation has historical ties to different ancient religious teachings and was typically part of ones journey towards enlightenment and self realization. There are many schools of meditation and different ways to meditate but ultimately the best meditation practice is the one that you are comfortable with. Some of the more popular meditation practices are : transcendental, focused, mantra, and spiritual to name a few. Mindfulness is a practice of focused attention to the here and now., noticing Mindfulness is and Meditation were transformative agents in my Mental Health, and all that I pursue for self care hinges on them. Meditation and Mindfulness have made it possible for me to regain clarity of mind, maintain a positive outlook, and access the calm, peace, and perfection of the Present Moment.
